Where are your located?

Our shop and offices are based in the City of London. 198 City Road, London EC1V 2PH, few minutes’ walk from Old Street underground on the Northern Line. Click on the map for more info or call for further directions.

Can you help me to make sure that I’m buying the right equipment to fit my requirements?

Our team are happy to assist with varying degrees of experience of all the products in store, including hi-fi, home cinema or flat screen TVs. We’ll talk in layman’s terms. If you want a more technical or in-depth explanation, we’re happy to do that, too! Please call us or pop in!

Can I test the products in store?

Yes, most of the time we do have demonstration facilities.

Why don’t I see some of the brands in your stores stocked elsewhere?

We have an excellent relationship with the manufacturers and in some instances, we are the sole British distributors for the brands we carry. This allows us to deal directly with manufacturers, ensuring we offer you even bigger savings!

If I’m not able to get to my local store, can I reserve a product for later collection?

Yes you can, simply phone to make sure it’s in stock and they will take care of it for you. All we ask is that you give us your contact details in the event that someone else wants to buy your product in the meantime and you bring your ID upon collection.

Do We Sell Seconds?

All our stock is brand new in sealed cartons unless clearly stated otherwise, and come with full manufacturers warranty.

What happens if a product goes wrong?

Simply return your product to us. If bought on the web, contact us online for collection (collection and redelivery charges may apply). If the item is less than a month old (28 days) based upon inspection and T&C*, we'll give you a full refund or exchange it (whichever you prefer). If your item is older than this (but less than a year) your item comes with a full manufacturers guarantee which we will of course help provide you the details and how to get in contact.

*Excludes styli, abuse, excessive wear 'n' tear e.g. commercial use, screen burn caused by channel logos or other static images, dead pixels of an amount not covered by the manufacturer's specifications (statutory rights not affected).

What happens if I need help or advice after I’ve purchased something?
